Opportunity Desk and Opportunity Desk Premium will also be referred to as “we,” “us,” “site,” platform,” or “our” herein this document. The terms of use in this document explain to you either as a visitor or a registered user, the terms and conditions of use for our site. The site is primarily used for information and subscription purposes. 

By using our site and subscribing to Opportunity Desk Premium, you acknowledge that you have read through and understand the terms of this agreement herein stated. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site or subscribe to any of our plans.

In compliance with GDPR instructions, Opportunity Desk does not share your personal details with any third-party firms or individual bodies for commercial purposes or for any form of advertisement. All personal details collected such as email addresses and phone numbers are only used by Opportunity Desk for approved information dissemination.

To make use of our premium version, you may choose to take advantage of our subscription plan in order to access the extra resources and tools we offer. The premium subscription involves making a payment either monthly or yearly in order to make use of our premium services and discounts.

You agree not to provide and to correct any information about your location, your business, your skills, or the services your business provides that is or becomes false or misleading. We reserve the right to deactivate the account of any user in breach of this provision and prohibit their future use of our site.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. DELIVERY POLICY

The OD Premium services are delivered instantly soon after the confirmation of payment is received or verified through payment gateways. Once payment is confirmed, the username/password created by the user during registration gets activated automatically.

REFUND POLICY AND PAYMENT 

The OD Premium platform does not store your credit card details and we use a safe and secure checkout option, ensuring maximum user protection. Your paid subscription begins on the day you complete your payment. Your subscription gives you access to all features on Opportunity Desk’s Premium. Cancellation of your subscription within 7 days of subscription/initial payment attracts 100% full refunds. However, cancellation of your subscription anytime after 7 days of subscribing incurs only 50% refunds. Please note: If you cancel, you will lose access to ALL your premium benefits. If there were any pending application reviews, all those will immediately be canceled and not reviewed. Your subscription is subject to Opportunity Desk’s Conditions of Use.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

When registered as a user, it is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. This is as a part of security measures and you must not disclose this to any third party or share your account with others. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

You further agree to report any suspicious users to us and change your password if you feel your account is being compromised.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

For all templates, samples, videos and resource materials rightly created by Opportunity Desk for your use and assistance, (with an exception of all other images, videos and text gotten from third-party organizations advertising calls for applications and the likes which we publish on Opportunity Desk Premium and make available to you) we claim to say that we are the owner or the licensee of all such intellectual property rights in our site, duly created by Opportunity Desk, and in the material published on it, including, without limitation, images, graphics, text, illustrations, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, videos, and audio content. Those works, which we create ourselves, are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
